  • Perfect Polish Precision Connector Polishing Tool

The "Perfect Polish" connector polishing tool is a must have for the serious fiber optic professional. Made of solid Tungsten Carbide, which is second only to diamond in hardness, it will never wear out, no matter how many ceramic ferrules are inserted. Nor will it polish away and contaminate the polishing film with metal, like the much softer stainless steel tools. It can not be impregnated by polishing particles, reducing cross contamination of the polishing film. The center hole diameter tolerance is held to better than 1.5 microns and the base is a full two inches in diameter for a guaranteed perpendicular polish every time.  Perfect Polish will maximize polishing film life, reducing your per termination costs.  Our proprietary base relief design reduces drag and sticking to the polishing film.  Also, it allows much more water to flood and wash the ferrule end face, preventing contamination and producing improved surface     finish. Can be used with ST, SC, and FC type connectors.
